Ethiopian
Every case starts with a single thread, and every great cup starts with a single origin. This is the coffee for the JLR© Army members who want to know exactly where it came from, who grew it, and how high up the mountain it was picked.

Flavor Profile
- Milk chocolate
- Bright fruit
- Caramel sweetness
The Craft
Specialty grade single origin beans grown by smallholder farmers in the Sidama Zone of Ethiopia, at 1,700 to 1,900 meters in rich nitisol soil. Indigenous heirloom cultivars, dry processed with the fruit left on the bean, sorted by hand and dried on raised beds. Roasted in small batches to a medium-light profile that keeps the origin character intact. Unflavored and unblended — 100% coffee, nothing added.
Why Investigators Love It
No additives, no shortcuts, no mystery blend hiding behind a marketing name. Full traceability from the Sidama hillsides to your cup — the kind of sourcing you can actually verify. When you demand receipts from everyone else, you should expect them from your coffee too.
