All sales at JLR Investigates are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ORDERS@JLRINVESTIGATESSTORE.COM. Include your order number and a photo of the defect. We will work directly with our fulfillment partners to arrange a replacement at no cost to you.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.

All Other Requests We are unable to process returns or refunds for change of mind, sizing issues, or buyer's remorse. Please review product descriptions and sizing charts carefully before purchasing.
